A Few words from SLO Staff...

Hello everyone!! We just want you all to know that we are starting an Empowerment Team here in SLO. Meetings are going to be held on the first Monday of the Month (starting July 7) at 2:30 PM. The purpose of the team is to disseminate information about legislation that is affecting the disabled community and to then do something about it. Write letters, FAX, rally, etc. We hope if you are interested in participating you can come to the meeting. If not, and you just want to receive information about legislation let us know and we will email you the stuff that we get from Sacramento almost daily.
